DBM Army List Allies: Overlooked
Minor Nations for DBA Armies

by Rudy Scott Nelson
Reprinted from Time Portal Passages (Winter 2004)

This article is intended to provide DBA players with additional Army options for conducting DBA Campaigns. The first section is derived from the four volumes of the Army Lists which were designed for use with the popular DBM rules by Phil Barker and Richard Bodley Scott. The armies are those listed as allies or which received significant mention in other lists. The list of primary mention is indicated next to the army. The troop types and availability are based on the classifications provided in the books. I have used abbreviations in the lists with the troop type being similar to the DBA book.

I have also denoted a weapon type for some troops but in particular PS troops. (G) = General; (J) = Javelins; (SL) = Sling; (BW) = Bow; (CB) = Crossbow.
