This variant rule is developed by WADBAG for use in the "Wrath of Khan" tournament held at Fall In 2006, and was designed to improve game balance for Mongol players strapped with a high aggression army in a tournament format, as well as simulating the propensity for Mongol Conquest armies to pick their battlefields historically.
High Aggression Roll lays out the terrain, representing the superior scouting of the Mongols.
The low aggression roll can add or substitute one legal piece of terrain, after the High roll does the initial terrain placement. Terrain must still be legal after adding or substituting one piece.
